Yes, you can pretreat stains by dissolving a pod in warm water and then applying it directly to the stain. Let it soak in for a while before washing as usual.
Do the pods leave residue on clothes or in the washing machine?
No, the pod dissolves completely in water and the pods are formulated to leave no residue on fabrics or in the machine when used as directed.
Can I use the pods in cold water?
The pods are designed to work best at temperatures between 40°C and 90°C. If you use them in cold water, they may be less effective at removing stubborn stains.
Can the pods damage delicate fabrics?
The pods are not suitable for wool or silk. For these delicate fabrics, use a special detergent that is gentle on fibers.
Can the pods be used for hand washing?
These pods are made for the washing machine. For hand washing, we recommend completely dissolving the pod in warm water before use, although the effectiveness of the product may be reduced.
What is the best way to store the pods?
Store the pods in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent premature dissolution of the water-soluble film.
What if the pod gets stuck in the drum?
To prevent the pod from becoming entangled in the wash drum, we recommend using a laundry net, especially for lighter loads. Be sure to place the pod in the drum before adding laundry.
How do I dispose of the packaging?
The packaging is 100% recyclable and made of 80% recycled fiber. Just throw it away with your paper waste.
