1. Organizer
This competition is organized by BRAUZZ. bv, registered office at Over de Beek 55, 1840 Londerzeel, VAT number: BE0747951855, hereinafter referred to as "the organizer".

2. Conditions of participation
2.1. Participation in this contest is free and open to all natural persons of 18 years or older, residing in Belgium or the Netherlands.
2.2. Employees of BRAUZZ. and their immediate family members (parents, brothers, sisters, children, partner) are excluded from participation.
2.3. By participating in this promotion, the participant fully accepts these contest terms and conditions.

3. How to participate
3.1. Participants must go through the action page www.brauzz.com/pages/wineenreis create their unique discount code.
3.2. The unique discount code must be shared with a friend, family member or acquaintance.
3.3. Once a friend makes a purchase using the discount code, the original participant will automatically receive an entry into the contest.
3.4. Each participant can nominate multiple friends, thereby increasing his or her chances of winning. Each successful purchase through a shared discount code counts as one additional entry.

4. Duration of Contest
4.1. The contest runs from 13/01/2025 through 31/03/2025 or until 1,000 valid entries are reached, whichever occurs first. To validly participate, the entrant's nominated friend must have completed a purchase with BRAUZZ. by 31/03/2025. Purchases made after this date will not be considered for the contest.
4.2. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be announced no later than 30/04/2025.

5. Prize
5.1. The winner will receive a travel voucher worth €10,000, redeemable for a tailor-made trip for two people, to be booked with travel agencies Noorderhuis or Zuiderhuis.
5.2. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable to third parties.
5.3. Any additional costs (such as travel insurance, personal expenses or additional upgrades) will be borne by the winner.
5.4 The check can only be used for a destination in the offerings of Noorderhuis or Zuiderhuis.
5.5 The prize is personal and non-transferable. The winner must be one of the two travelers themselves and can freely choose a second person to take on the trip. The prize cannot be passed on or transferred to third parties and may not be resold. If the winner is unable to take the trip within the stipulated period, the prize will be forfeited without entitlement to compensation.
5.6 The travel voucher can only be used for one trip. It is not permitted to divide the amount over several trips. If the total travel value is less than €10,000, the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed or paid out in cash.
5.7 The trip must begin no later than December 31, 2026. The departure date is decisive, not the booking date.

6.Announcement and contact with the winner
6.1. The winner will be contacted via email at the email address provided.
6.2. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, BRAUZZ. reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Participants' personal data will be used exclusively for this contest and in accordance with BRAUZZ. privacy policy.
7.2. The winner gives BRAUZZ. permission to use his/her name and/or photograph for promotional purposes related to the contest. In addition, the winner agrees that photo and video recordings may be made at the presentation of the prize, and that these images may be used by BRAUZZ. for promotional communications on online and offline channels.
7.3. As part of the prize obligation, the winner must take at least 3 photos during the trip in which a BRAUZZ. product (such as a pack of Laundry sheets) is visible. These photos will be shared with BRAUZZ. and may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content and marketing materials.

8. Liability
8.1. BRAUZZ. cannot be held liable for technical problems, loss of data or other circumstances affecting participation.
8.2. If the contest cannot take place due to force majeure, BRAUZZ. reserves the right to change or cancel the action.
