There is normally a shipping cost of €3.90 for an order, but this is waived from a purchase of €20. You can customize your subscription so that you don't have to pay shipping costs!

Option 1: Add additional products
Add a new product to your next order to exceed the €20 order value. Through your profile you can choose to add a product once to your next order or immediately add an additional subscription product.

Option 2: Adjust delivery time and quantity
Suppose you order 1 pack of Laundry sheets every month. Then you pay €3,90 because the order value is €10. By changing this to 2 packages of Laundry sheets every 2 months you enjoy free shipping because the order value is then at least €20.

2 packages of Laundry sheets fit perfectly through the mailbox and an additional advantage is that we have to send packages less frequently. Everyone happy!

You can add all the products once. These products will then be delivered with your next order. With the subscription products you can choose to add them as a subscription or just to try them once! Under the tab 'Delivery schedule' you will see an overview of your next order!

Yes hear! If you have enough stock for a while, you can easily postpone your next order. You'll see all your products listed above, along with the date of the next shipment. Below this date is the 'skip delivery' option. You will suddenly see a new date appear.

If you click on "manage subscription," you will see all the options appear. You can change the delivery date and frequency. If you click on the product (on the left) you can also change the quantity. You can also add products, skip a shipment, cancel the subscription and change the payment details. Please note that some adjustments only apply to the chosen product. If you have multiple subscriptions and you want them to arrive together, you need to make sure the others are adjusted as well.
