Can I add one-time products to my next order?
You can add all the products once. These products will then be delivered with your next order. With the subscription products you can choose to add them as a subscription or just to try them once! Under the tab 'Delivery schedule' you will see an overview of your next order!
Can I skip an order?
Yes hear! If you have enough stock for a while, you can easily postpone your next order. You'll see all your products listed above, along with the date of the next shipment. Below this date is the 'skip delivery' option. You will suddenly see a new date appear.
What all can I change in my subscription?
If you click on "manage subscription," you will see all the options appear. You can change the delivery date and frequency. If you click on the product (on the left) you can also change the quantity. You can also add products, skip a shipment, cancel the subscription and change the payment details. Please note that some adjustments only apply to the chosen product. If you have multiple subscriptions and you want them to arrive together, you need to make sure the others are adjusted as well.
