What is the idea behind BRAUZZ.?
We want to literally and figuratively clean and keep this planet clean! The idea behind BRAUZZ. is that a clean planet starts with a clean household. We innovate within household products to eliminate the use of disposable plastic, harmful and unnecessary ingredients. With innovative, sustainable and ecological cleaning products, we want to reduce the negative impact, which the current offerings have, without the customer having to compromise.
Who are the founders?
We, Lowie, Manush and Ruben, founded BRAUZZ. in June 2020. We were studying together and decided we wanted to do our part for a cleaner world. Then we did a year of research and development to finally obtain the BRAUZZ. refills. We started selling on November 26, 2020!
What is BRAUZZ's mission?
The mission we had in mind from the beginning was to make ecological and sustainable consumption accessible to all. By eliminating all possible compromises. We wanted to bring to market a product that is good for people as well as for the planet. There are many stigmas about sustainable and ecological consumption and we made it our mission to eliminate all these stigmas (ecological and sustainable products are expensive, do not work well, are not available everywhere, are not fun to use,...). We hope not only that our product contributes to a nicer world, but also that people will see that the stigmas are not true and will try other more sustainable or ecological products in the future.

How are BRAUZZ. products produced?
During product development, we collaborate with professional laboratories and customers to develop products that meet all the conditions that a BRAUZZ. product must meet. Then we look for the appropriate producer to produce these products for us. Then comes the assembly where the different products are packed in our cardboard boxes and are ready to be delivered to the customers.

We currently deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany.

Our ordering system works almost completely automatically. Immediately after your order is sent to our various partners so that it can be delivered to you as soon as possible. Above a purchase value of €20 we offer free delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands. Below a purchase value of €20 a shipping cost of €3,90 is charged to have your order delivered to your home.

Definitely! You will always be able to track your package via a track and trace link that can be found in your confirmation email.

Laundry sheets
Do the Laundry sheets have a scent?
Yes our Laundry sheets have a wonderful fresh scent. Please note that immediately after washing, the laundry hardly smells. The scent attaches itself in small molecules to the laundry and is released only through friction (e.g. when wearing). The laundry therefore smells fresh longer than with conventional detergent.
Do I still need fabric softener?
Our Laundry sheets do not contain fabric softener. If you don't want to wash without fabric softener, you can add it or order our dryer balls. These work as a natural fabric softener!
What temperatures are Laundry sheets suitable for?
The Laundry sheets work best at a water temperature between 15°C and 95°C. Washing at a lower temperature is better for the environment.
How many Laundry sheets do I need for a large washing machine (8 Kg)?
Unlike normal washing machines (4-5 kg), you can then use one and a half or 2 Laundry sheets.
Are the Laundry sheets also suitable for people with allergies?
Both our Laundry sheets with and without fragrance have been dermatologically tested by the renowned German company Dermatest and certified as "excellent". This shows that the possible triggering of allergies has been reduced to a minimum with our formula.
Are Laundry sheets suitable for travel?
Thanks to their small size and light weight, Laundry sheets are perfect as travel companions. Moreover, they are also suitable for hand washing.
Can the wash strip also be used for hand washing?
Yes. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterward.
Can the Laundry sheets also be used for silk, cashmere, down and wool?
The Laundry sheets are universal and can be used for many types of textiles.
Does the hardness of the water play a role in dosing the Laundry sheets
Even with high water hardness, one to one and a half Laundry sheets should be sufficient. If this proves insufficient, 2 Laundry sheets can be used.
Should heavily soiled laundry be pre-treated?
It is generally recommended to pre-treat stains and heavy soiling. Ideal for this is the BRAUZZ. stain remover.
Do the Laundry sheets contain descaling agents?
The Laundry sheets do not contain descaling agents. If it has been necessary to use descaler until now, it is best to continue to do so.
How do I best use the Laundry sheets?
The Laundry sheets can either be put directly into the drum with the laundry or into the detergent tray of the washing machine.
How are the Laundry sheets dosed?
The basic rule is 1 wash strip per small load of laundry. For very dirty laundry or a large load, we recommend using one and a half or 2 Laundry sheets.
What are the Laundry sheets made of?
The Laundry sheets consist of ionic and anionic surfactants water and perfume. The full list of ingredients can be found on the product page.
Do the Laundry sheets dissolve completely in water?
Yes the Laundry sheets dissolve completely in water within seconds and are easily biodegradable.
What is the shelf life of Laundry sheets?
The Laundry sheets should be used within 2 years. Even after that, they can be used without problems, but the odor and washing performance may decrease over time.
Is the packaging of Laundry sheets environmentally friendly?
Our Laundry sheets are packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard and arrive to you in a paper envelope. So there is no plastic waste or other harmful packaging material.
Do the Laundry sheets leave residue on the laundry?
No the Laundry sheets do not contain starch which means they do not leave any deposits in the machine or white streaks on the laundry.
Are the Laundry sheets also available without perfume?
Yes, you can order our fragrance-free Laundry sheets and they contain no perfume.

Dishwashing liquid
What is so special about our detergent?
With our powder, you save on CO2 emissions from transportation, because no water in disposable plastic bottles has to be transported across the country unnecessarily. We also use as many natural ingredients as possible in our products. In addition, our glass bottle is of high quality and contains 20% recycled glass.
How do I use the detergent?
Fill the glass bottle with warm water and add the powder. Then shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds and then let rest for 30 minutes so the powder can dissolve into a gel. One pump is enough for naturally clean dishes. If you want to put the detergent directly into the sink, we recommend using a little more. No excessive foam will emerge, but a large amount of foam is not necessary for efficient cleaning. To save water and energy, you can soak the dishes first instead of washing under the running tap.
What should I do if the powder does not dissolve completely?
Make sure you use warm water to fill the bottle before adding the powder. Then shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds. The powder should dissolve in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Individual particles may sometimes take a little longer. By the next day at the latest, everything should be dissolved, but don't worry! You can already start using the detergent. It can also sometimes happen that the pump gets clogged if the powder is not completely dissolved. You can then take the pump apart and put everything in warm water for a while, so that the jammed powder can still dissolve. You can also use the pump in the water for this so that warm water flows through. Are it slightly larger pieces that are stuck, you can possibly use a toothpick to get them loose in the tubing.
What temperature should the water be to dissolve the powder in?
You add 250ml of water in the bottle with a temperature of at least 35° to 40°.
Why is there so little foam?
When developing our formula, we pay particular attention to environmental friendliness and cleaning power. That's why our dishwashing liquid may not foam as much as you're used to from other brands. However, for efficient cleaning, you don't need a lot of foam. Our detergent cleans your dishes quickly and efficiently!
Can I also use the dish soap as hand soap?
You can use it as a hand soap. This is because it cleanses the skin, but it does not have a moisturizing effect as a hand soap typically does.
What consistency should the detergent have after dissolving?
Our detergent takes on a gel-like consistency after dissolving.
How long does the detergent keep and how do I best store it?
You can use our detergent once dissolved for three months. Clean the bottle well before refilling it. Store the powder bags in a dry place and use them within a year. After that, the cleaning power of the powder may gradually decrease, especially at low temperatures.
What material is the bottle made of?
Compared to conventional bottles, our bottles are designed so that you can enjoy them for a long time. Reuse instead of throw away! Our detergent bottle is made of glass with a percentage of recycled waste glass.
What is the smell of the detergent?
Our detergent has a fresh citrus scent.
Where is the detergent produced?
Our detergent is produced in the European Union.

How does it work?
1. Fill the bottle with warm water to just below the cap. 2. Remove the tablet from the pouch and drop it into the bottle. It will immediately begin to "BRAUZZ"! 3. Wait until it is completely bubbled up and then turn the atomizer on. 4. Use the bottle again and again with a new refill
What should I know about the all-purpose cleaner?
Our all-purpose cleaner works perfectly in the kitchen and cuts through grease and grime with ease. As the name suggests, you can use it for all types of surfaces such as tile, laminate, stainless steel or sealed wood, just to name a few. Be careful with sensitive surfaces such as natural stone or unsealed wood because our cleaners contain citric acid. If you are unsure about a surface, check first to see if it is suitable. Our all-purpose cleaner has a subtle peach lime scent.
What should I know about bathroom cleaner?
Our bathroom cleaner does not give limescale a chance. The bathroom cleaner manages to clean dirt and deposits on a variety of surfaces: shower, bathtub, sink/lavabo and faucets. Be careful with sensitive surfaces such as natural stone or unsealed wood, as our cleaners contain citric acid If you are unsure about a surface, check its suitability first. Our bathroom cleaner has a subtle mayflower scent.
What should I know about glass cleaner?
Our glass cleaner makes everything shine that is supposed to shine. And it does so without leaving streaks. The glass cleaner manages to beat dirt on the following surfaces: glass surfaces, windows and mirrors. A conscious decision was made here to keep this product Fragrance free.
Where are surface cleaners manufactured?
These are produced in the European Union.

The refills
At BRAUZZ. we are very open about the ingredients we use in order to make them as environmentally friendly as possible while keeping them efficient. For each product, the product page lists which ingredients are used and their function. The proportions of individual substances vary from product to product. Our products consist of 99% ingredients of natural origin (only the fragrance and color are a mix of natural and synthetic). They are 100% vegan and easily biodegradable based on OECD legislation.
What temperature should the water be before I add the tablet?
Water from the tap is all you need. In warm water, the tablet dissolves faster.
How much water should I use?
The formula is based on 500ml of water. So for 500ml of water, we can guarantee powerful cleaning capacity.
Our products do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
Are your products tested on animals?
BRAUZZ. products are not tested on animals.
If the pouch is stored correctly, we guarantee that the refills will remain good for 24 months. Storing the refills properly means in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
How long does the detergent keep after dissolving in water?
After the tablet is dissolved in water, we guarantee a good working product for 6 months.
Should I shake the bottle before use?
No, this is not necessary. Just let the effervescent tablet run its course and once fully dissolved, you can close the bottle and be done!

The bottle
What material are the bottles made of?
The bottles are made of PET and therefore very durable and reusable. When it does need to be replaced after intensive use, it is very easy and recyclable.
Can I use my own bottle?
Sure, that's no problem. Just make sure you clean the bottle thoroughly beforehand. For the best cleaning experience, the bottle should have a capacity of 500ml.
How many times can I reuse the bottle?
We designed the bottle to be very durable and robust so it can be reused many times. The atomizer is industrial grade so it can be reused again and again.
Does the bottle have to be completely empty before I refill it?
We recommend using the contents of the bottle completely and then rinsing it out once before refilling.

Dishwashing tablets
What makes BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets special?
BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets are 40% smaller than the average tablets on sale today. So we can save a lot of CO2 emissions while transporting our tablets. Of course, the packaging is completely plastic-free and the package fits easily through the mailbox. And like all our products, this one is vegan and not tested on animals.
How do I use the Dishwashing tablets?
Place the dishwashing tablet in the container provided in your dishwasher. If that is not there, you can put it in the cutlery basket (in this case, it is better not to use a pre-wash program). You should not remove the tablet from the completely water-soluble film.
Do I need to add salt and rinse aid?
No, the BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets are "all-in-one" tablets, which means they already contain rinse aid and salt. Unless the water hardness is very high where you live, you don't need to add extra salt.
Are the tablets effective at all temperatures?
The tabs are effective from 45°C. If your dishes are very dirty or the water hardness is high, we recommend using a 55°C program. Choose a program without pre-wash.
Do the tablets contain plastic?
The packaging is fully recyclable cardboard. The tablets are packed in a biodegradable PVA film that does not need to be removed before use. The film is water soluble, so it falls apart and leaves no trace. PVA does not contribute to microplastics.
Can the tablets be used with a short cycle?
Yes, the tablets are effective even with short cycles. In case of very dirty dishes, we recommend using a long cycle at 55°.
Why are the tablets individually packaged?
Our tablets are wrapped in PVA, a water-soluble film. The use of PVA is a conscious choice. PVA-free tablets usually cause a lot of waste in the production process and offer a much shorter shelf life of the product, which leads to more use of raw materials. In addition, many studies show that PVA does not contribute to microplastics. But as is often the case, the answer is not black or white. PVA is still a synthetic material, and we would prefer to work with biobased films in the future, but we are nowhere near that point. But nonetheless, we don't actually think "naked" tabs are all that eco and have made a choice that is both sustainable and user-friendly.
Is using a dishwasher less eco than washing dishes manually?
This is a myth! Dishwashers can be much more energy and water efficient than manual dishwashing, especially if the machine is not used until it is full.

Can the natural sponge cloth be cleaned in the washing machine?
This can be done in the washing machine as well as in the dishwasher up to 95°. This will make the cloth completely clean again.
Does the natural sponge cloth contain microplastics?
Unlike microfiber cloths, a natural sponge cloth contains no microplastics.
How do I recycle natural sponge cloth?
Our natural sponge cloth is home compostable and 100% biodegradable.
What materials does a natural sponge cloth consist of?
Our natural sponge cloth consists of 100% natural components. 70% wood cellulose and 30% cotton.

What's so special about our toilet cleaner?
Our toilet cleaner is very easy to use. They are already separately dosed, so you immediately have the right dose per cleaning. A tip: leave the brush in the toilet while the toilet cleaner does its job! That way you clean your brush all at once too.
Is toilet cleaner safe for a septic tank?
Yes, our toilet cleaner is safe for septic tank operation!
How do you use it?
Throw one dose per cleaning in your toilet. Let it soak for 30 to 120min. Then use the brush to completely clean the toilet and flush!
What is the best way to store the packet of toilet cleaner?
It is best to store the product in a dry place. Avoid humid areas.
Why is there a foil around it?
This is a water-soluble film. This film is not harmful to the environment and is not made of microplastics.

What's so special about our pop-up sponge?
Our pop-up sponge is 100% natural and you can just throw it in the compost when it wears out. But depending on how intensively you wash dishes, you won't have to throw it away anytime soon and you can wash dishes with our sponge for months!
What does the sponge look like?
Our pop-up sponge arrives in a wafer-thin, cardboard envelope. So you're holding a thin, flat disc, but stick it under the tap and you get a full-fledged sponge! Impressive, right?
How do I get the sponge clean again?
Is the sponge dirty? Feel free to stick it in the dishwasher or washing machine with it at up to 60°.
What is the sponge made of?
The sponge is made of 100% wood cellulose.

What are the benefits of a subscription?
By taking out a subscription you don't have to worry about whether you still have enough cleaning products at home. You indicate how many products you need every how many days and they are automatically delivered to your home! A second advantage is that our subscription prices are very advantageous with discounts of up to 33%!
How flexible is such a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. So there is no fine print with strict conditions. Full transparency is very important to us! Do not forget to create an account after creating a subscription. This way you can easily login afterwards and manage and adjust your subscription. Our subscriptions are very flexible. You can choose the delivery date, quantity and frequency, skip an order if you have enough, add and remove products, put the subscription on hold...
How often do I get a delivery?
You determine the frequency of your subscription. When ordering, you choose whether you want delivery every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. Then you can easily adjust the frequency within your account. You will receive an e-mail six days before the next delivery to inform you. So no costs are ever charged without your knowledge and you still have time to make adjustments if necessary.

Do I still need fabric softener?
Our Laundry sheets do not contain fabric softener. If you don't want to wash without fabric softener, you can add it or order our dryer balls. These work as a natural fabric softener!
What temperatures are Laundry sheets suitable for?
The Laundry sheets work best at a water temperature between 15°C and 95°C. Washing at a lower temperature is better for the environment.
How many Laundry sheets do I need for a large washing machine (8 Kg)?
Unlike normal washing machines (4-5 kg), you can then use one and a half or 2 Laundry sheets.
Are the Laundry sheets also suitable for people with allergies?
Both our Laundry sheets with and without fragrance have been dermatologically tested by the renowned German company Dermatest and certified as "excellent". This shows that the possible triggering of allergies has been reduced to a minimum with our formula.

Do the Laundry sheets leave residue on the laundry?
No the Laundry sheets do not contain starch which means they do not leave any deposits in the machine or white streaks on the laundry.

Dishwashing liquid
What is so special about our detergent?
With our powder, you save on CO2 emissions from transportation, because no water in disposable plastic bottles has to be transported across the country unnecessarily. We also use as many natural ingredients as possible in our products. In addition, our glass bottle is of high quality and contains 20% recycled glass.
How do I use the detergent?
Fill the glass bottle with warm water and add the powder. Then shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds and then let rest for 30 minutes so the powder can dissolve into a gel. One pump is enough for naturally clean dishes. If you want to put the detergent directly into the sink, we recommend using a little more. No excessive foam will emerge, but a large amount of foam is not necessary for efficient cleaning. To save water and energy, you can soak the dishes first instead of washing under the running tap.
What should I do if the powder does not dissolve completely?
Make sure you use warm water to fill the bottle before adding the powder. Then shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds. The powder should dissolve in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Individual particles may sometimes take a little longer. By the next day at the latest, everything should be dissolved, but don't worry! You can already start using the detergent. It can also sometimes happen that the pump gets clogged if the powder is not completely dissolved. You can then take the pump apart and put everything in warm water for a while, so that the jammed powder can still dissolve. You can also use the pump in the water for this so that warm water flows through. Are it slightly larger pieces that are stuck, you can possibly use a toothpick to get them loose in the tubing.
What temperature should the water be to dissolve the powder in?
You add 250ml of water in the bottle with a temperature of at least 35° to 40°.
Why is there so little foam?
When developing our formula, we pay particular attention to environmental friendliness and cleaning power. That's why our dishwashing liquid may not foam as much as you're used to from other brands. However, for efficient cleaning, you don't need a lot of foam. Our detergent cleans your dishes quickly and efficiently!
Can I also use the dish soap as hand soap?
You can use it as a hand soap. This is because it cleanses the skin, but it does not have a moisturizing effect as a hand soap typically does.
What consistency should the detergent have after dissolving?
Our detergent takes on a gel-like consistency after dissolving.
How long does the detergent keep and how do I best store it?
You can use our detergent once dissolved for three months. Clean the bottle well before refilling it. Store the powder bags in a dry place and use them within a year. After that, the cleaning power of the powder may gradually decrease, especially at low temperatures.

At BRAUZZ. we are very open about the ingredients we use in order to make them as environmentally friendly as possible while keeping them efficient. For each product, the product page lists which ingredients are used and their function. The proportions of individual substances vary from product to product. Our products consist of 99% ingredients of natural origin (only the fragrance and color are a mix of natural and synthetic). They are 100% vegan and easily biodegradable based on OECD legislation.
What temperature should the water be before I add the tablet?
Water from the tap is all you need. In warm water, the tablet dissolves faster.
How much water should I use?
The formula is based on 500ml of water. So for 500ml of water, we can guarantee powerful cleaning capacity.
Our products do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
Are your products tested on animals?

Should I shake the bottle before use?
No, this is not necessary. Just let the effervescent tablet run its course and once fully dissolved, you can close the bottle and be done!

What material are the bottles made of?
The bottles are made of PET and therefore very durable and reusable. When it does need to be replaced after intensive use, it is very easy and recyclable.
Can I use my own bottle?
Sure, that's no problem. Just make sure you clean the bottle thoroughly beforehand. For the best cleaning experience, the bottle should have a capacity of 500ml.
How many times can I reuse the bottle?
We designed the bottle to be very durable and robust so it can be reused many times. The atomizer is industrial grade so it can be reused again and again.
Does the bottle have to be completely empty before I refill it?
We recommend using the contents of the bottle completely and then rinsing it out once before refilling.

What makes BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets special?
BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets are 40% smaller than the average tablets on sale today. So we can save a lot of CO2 emissions while transporting our tablets. Of course, the packaging is completely plastic-free and the package fits easily through the mailbox. And like all our products, this one is vegan and not tested on animals.
How do I use the Dishwashing tablets?
Place the dishwashing tablet in the container provided in your dishwasher. If that is not there, you can put it in the cutlery basket (in this case, it is better not to use a pre-wash program). You should not remove the tablet from the completely water-soluble film.
Do I need to add salt and rinse aid?
No, the BRAUZZ. Dishwashing tablets are "all-in-one" tablets, which means they already contain rinse aid and salt. Unless the water hardness is very high where you live, you don't need to add extra salt.
Are the tablets effective at all temperatures?
The tabs are effective from 45°C. If your dishes are very dirty or the water hardness is high, we recommend using a 55°C program. Choose a program without pre-wash.
Do the tablets contain plastic?
The packaging is fully recyclable cardboard. The tablets are packed in a biodegradable PVA film that does not need to be removed before use. The film is water soluble, so it falls apart and leaves no trace. PVA does not contribute to microplastics.
Can the tablets be used with a short cycle?
Yes, the tablets are effective even with short cycles. In case of very dirty dishes, we recommend using a long cycle at 55°.
Why are the tablets individually packaged?
Our tablets are wrapped in PVA, a water-soluble film. The use of PVA is a conscious choice. PVA-free tablets usually cause a lot of waste in the production process and offer a much shorter shelf life of the product, which leads to more use of raw materials. In addition, many studies show that PVA does not contribute to microplastics. But as is often the case, the answer is not black or white. PVA is still a synthetic material, and we would prefer to work with biobased films in the future, but we are nowhere near that point. But nonetheless, we don't actually think "naked" tabs are all that eco and have made a choice that is both sustainable and user-friendly.
Is using a dishwasher less eco than washing dishes manually?
This is a myth! Dishwashers can be much more energy and water efficient than manual dishwashing, especially if the machine is not used until it is full.

Can the natural sponge cloth be cleaned in the washing machine?
This can be done in the washing machine as well as in the dishwasher up to 95°. This will make the cloth completely clean again.

How do you use it?
